Check repair status
Modelers love our service. Maybe that's why modelers fly Futaba more than any other radio system. In most cases, you'll have no problems with Futaba equipment. But if you do, you know that the Futaba Service Center is there to take care of your service request. We're fast, efficient, and we get it right the first time.

Service Center Now more than ever, Futaba provides you with the fast answers and first-class service you deserve.

The Futaba Service Center provides warranty repair for products purchased in the U.S. and Canada only. When shipping your item(s) to us we recommend that you insure it and use a company that offers a tracking service (for example by Federal Express Ground or UPS Ground). For shipments from Canada, you may prefer to use the postal service to avoid brokerage fees, however tracking is not available.

Please remember to include a completed service request form and confirm that your item is not on our list of non-serviceable items.

On the evening that your item arrives, we will send you a notice that we have received it. Because e-mail or fax are much faster than regular mail, we prefer to use those methods whenever possible. So please include your e-mail address and/or fax number with your item, if you have them.

Service Center Our staff will carefully inspect your item(s) and notify you of their findings. If the problem is covered by its warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced, at our option, at no cost to you. If the warranty does not apply, you will be notified of your options for return, repair, or replacement.

Our "turnaround times" vary depending on the season. To check our current turn around time, please contact our Futaba Support Department at 217-398-8970 opt. 2.

NOTE: You will be charged a $20 labor fee for disassembly/estimating repair/reassembly. Even if you choose not to have your item serviced, the labor charge will still apply. If your item is not cost effective to repair, and you accept another item on an "exchange basis", your original item will not be returned to you. If there is a need to replace any transmitter or receiver batteries, we will properly recycle them ourselves unless you specify that you are willing to do this and would like them returned to you.
