Can the 9C provide TRIPLE RATES?
Absolutely. However, the 9C can ONLY do triple rates on whatever channel's dual rates are assigned to a 3-position switch. So, for example, if aileron dual rate is assigned to C and elevator dual rate are assigned to switch G, then 3 rates are available for these channels; however, unless rudder's dual rate is ALSO assigned to the same switch as one of the other 2, a 3rd rate is not available for this channel because there is no switch position to trigger it.
