If I use the offsets to set separate trims in my idle ups, how do I adjust those trims in flight?
If you have activated offsets 1 and 2, then when you move your trim levers while in those flight conditions you are adjusting the offsets.
If you do NOT wish to have separate trims for the 3 flight modes, simply disable offsets and the trim lever adjustments made in any one flight mode will affect all three.
