4EX Radio System FAQ

1. I am setting up a Delta/Flying Wing plane with my 4EX and I am having problems getting the control surfaces to function correctly, can you explain any easy way to do this?

I am setting up a Delta/Flying Wing plane with my 4EX and I am having problems getting the control surfaces to function correctly, can you explain any easy way to do this?

You can accomplish this by first activating Elevon.

Your channel set up in your receiver will need to be:
Channel 1 - Left Elevator
Channel 2- Right Elevator

Next go into Reverse in the Basic Menu and reverse both channels 1 and 2.

You should now be able to raise your Right Elevon and lower your Left Elevon by moving your stick to the right and you should also be able to raise both Elevons by moving your stick to the Down position.

You may now set your rates as needed in the Elevon Menu.
