Find The Perfect Radio:

Radio System FAQ

The 9Z transmitter had a "Throttle Lock" to prevent accidentally bumping the throttle stick and causing problems. Is there something like this on my new radio, I don't see it in the menu.

While there is not a default program for this in your transmitter, you can achieve the same thing with a Condition.

Simply set up a new Condition and select a switch for this operation. Before you make any changes to your new Condition, go into your AFR screen and set the Throttle AFR to Single instead of Group. While you are in the AFR page, throw your new Condition switch to activate your Second Condition. Set the rates in this new condition to 0% both ways, you will also need to, at this time, set this to Single instead of Group. If you do not set this to Single, this new setting will carry over to the previous condition.

What you will get is full throw on your throttle, but once you activate the second condition with the switch you selected, the throttle stick will have no response at all.
